When Joubran's brothers offer their oud to other arts...
Samir, Wissam and Adnan Joubran are famous thanks to their music and their fantastic playing. They are not limited to the musical creation for their album or live performances  but they open themselves to other arts such as : cinema, poetry, dance... to link with various artists.

Before touring the world with his oud, Samir also worked as an actor in a few films.

LA MADÂ'A - Fattoumi-Lamoureux
Samir has written the music for the original work staged by contemporary chorographers Héla Fattoumi and Eric Lamoureux.
MAHMOUD DARWICH POETRY
Samir composed different pieces to accompany Mahmoud Darwich on stage.
Mahmoud Darwich declaims his poems whereas Samir plays music.
France Culture radio organised a special program when Samir and Mahmoud Darwich performed at the Theatre du Volcan in Rouen - France in January 31st 2006.

INGUELEZI - François Dupeyron
The French film director François Dupeyron (best known for the award-winning The Officers’ Ward (La chambre des Officiers) at the 2002 Cannes Film Festival) chose three tracks from the Tamaas album for the soundtrack of his latest film Inguélézi (released in February 2004).
TICKET TO JERUSALEM - Rashid Masharawi
In 2002, Samir Joubran recorded the original soundtrack of the film Ticket to Jerusalem from Rashid Masharawi.
